KWC has a policy of providing excellent service to the women and children in our community. We know that we can only improve if we are aware of what we could be doing better.
If you have any queries, concerns or complaints, please discuss these with your Counsellor. The counsellors will appreciate knowing if you are not happy with how you are being treated. Tell them if you do not understand what they are saying or you cannot see how the counselling is helping. The Coordinator is also available to answer any queries or discuss concerns.
