Once you have paid the booking fee you are enrolled on your course – your place is confirmed and we welcome you to the Centre and trust that you will enjoy your course.
A reminder:
A Centre Worker will give you a reminder call a few days before the course begins.
Attendance registers:
Once on the course you will be asked to complete an attendance sheet. For funding and statistical purposes you will be asked to record; your name, both your first and family name.; your age; your ethnicity (Maori, Pakeha, Pacific Islander, Asian or other); whether or not you have children and whether they are under or over 17. The tutor will record your attendance for each session.
This is important for the on-going provision of courses and other services.

If you are unable to attend the course or a session for any reason we appreciate a telephone call telling us that you will not be there.
Evaluations:
At the end of the course you will be asked to complete an evaluation form. These forms are anonymous. Evaluations of each course is one way KWC ensures that we are providing courses that meet the needs of women in the community and that the service we provide is professional.
